Prepare for a smoother visit.
Remove sheets, blankets and mattress protectors before the visit. Clear access to the bed and send photos of the care label. Arrange cleaning when you can leave the mattress uncovered and allow enough drying time before sleeping on it.
Tell us about stains, odours, previous treatments and any sensitivities before the appointment. We explain realistic expectations and confirm any additional work before it begins.

Our equipment includes the Mytee LTD5-LX extractor and TMF four-jet swivel wand for suitable carpet work. Upholstery and mattress treatment is selected for the fabric and construction. We choose cleaning solutions for the surface, with a botanical option without added fragrance or dyes where suitable.
Products are used according to the manufacturer’s directions. Keep children and pets away during cleaning and follow the drying and re-entry guidance provided.

Can every mattress be wet cleaned?
No. Construction and manufacturer care instructions matter. Tell us whether your mattress is foam, hybrid, pillow-top or another type. We assess suitability before selecting a method.
Will mattress stains disappear completely?
Not always. Age, material, previous products and how deeply a spill has soaked in affect the result. Discolouration may remain even after cleaning. We explain the likely outcome before work.
When can I put bedding back on?
Only after the mattress is fully dry. Drying varies with the fabric, internal layers, cleaning method and room conditions. We provide guidance for your mattress rather than promising a fixed same-night drying time.
Do you offer a fragrance-free cleaning option?
